The grapes are sorted and the stems removed, after which the berries are placed in barrels for several hours for maceration. The skins of the pinot noir then not only give off color but also the characteristic taste of red fruit. The Rosé Champagne is delicious as an aperitif or with a meal, such as duck breast or a dessert with red fruit, such as a strawberry or raspberry pie.
This wine has a beautiful salmon pink color, and a lively and full mousse. Delicious with an aperitif. This Rosé is certainly not out of place next to poultry or desserts.
Robe rose orangé. Le nez marie les agrumes à des notes de fruits à l'eau-de-vie. La bouche est vive et reprend la même palette aromatique.
Le Rosé Brut offre une dégustation sensorielle riche et gourmande, fruits rouges à dominante framboise. A savourer à l’apéritif, avec un magret de canard ou avec une pâtisserie aux fruits rouges.
