Due to the very low dosage, the Pinot Noir displays the terroir in a special and authentic way. The aromas developed are fine and subtle as a result of a long period that the bottles have been left sur lie. A fresh Champagne that works well as an aperitif or with a light starter. But also in addition to fish dishes, spicy dishes, followed in sauce, white meat and cheeses.
In this cuvée you immediately recognize the full flavor and aromas of the Pinot Noir. A nice combination of the fullness and freshness of an extra brut.
Light golden color. Full fragrances of flower petals and dried fruit. A full ripe taste, with the taste of candied fruit at the end. Drink well chilled with a spicy dish or food with stronger flavors.
The Pinot Noir is clearly recognizable in this Extra Brut from 2013. An intense and wonderful vintage.
